We use only 4 natural ingredients. 
Epsom Salts,
Himalayan Pink Salt,
Dried Rose Petals, 
Lavender Essential Oil.
 
Epsom salt is known for its many benefits, including relieving pain and muscle cramps, and regulating electrolytes in our body. Epsom salt is also high in magnesium, something many of us are deficient in. Magenesium is key to improving our mood through the production of serotonin. 
 
Himalayan salt is not only beautiful to look at, but it has a soothing effect on our skin during bathing. It can also be used as an exfoliator by rubbing into the skin. 
 
Lavender essential oil is one of the most popular essential oils because of its many benefits. It boosts low mood, reduces stress and has a positive impact on our sleep. Lavender can also be used to relieve pain and headaches. 
 
Rose petals add a visually stunning element to a mineral salt bath but also have their own relaxing, calming fragrance. 

Each reusable glass jar holds around 300g of bath salts. Simply pour a minimum of a  tablespoon of salts under warm running water, relax your body and enjoy for at least 20 minutes to get the full benefits. 
 
When finished, buy a refill pouch to top up, or clean and reuse the jar for other uses.
