Hello, Welcome to Flo Botanicals.
I'm Sophie, founder of Flo. I have been a paediatric nurse for the last 10 years and still do this full time.
I suffer with endometriosis, a common but underdiagnosed condition causing a lot of pain, fatigue and recurrent surgeries. After years of taking mountains of medication I started looking into more natural solutions. I was fascinated by essential oils and their health properties so combined my passion for essential oils with my love of candles and Flo was born.
All products are handmade by myself, in the kitchen of my cottage in Staffordshire.
We currently have 6 essential oil blends all with a different purpose, aimed at supporting your physical and mental wellbeing.
Our wax is a combination of rapeseed and coconut and is vegan friendly. We are proud to be 100% plastic free, environmentally friendly, and we encourage you to reuse your candle jars for things such as flower vases, home decor or fancy stationary holders!

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All of our products are handmade in small batches in my kitchen in Staffordshire. This means that I can give all products great attention to detail.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
All of our products and ingredients are vegan friendly and not tested on animals.
WHAT TYPE OF WAX DO YOU USE?
Our wax is a blend of high quality coconut wax and rapeseed wax. We chose this wax as it is more sustainable and eco-friendly than other options such as soy or paraffin.
WHAT TYPE OF FRAGRANCE DO YOU USE?
I am incredibly proud that ALL of our fragrances are 100% essential oils and of the highest quality.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns from www.flo-botanicals.com within 14 days of receiving your order, on the condition that the product has not been used and is un-opened.
For damaged items we require photographic evidence before a refund can be issued.
Please contact us and let us know that you wish to return the item and we will provide you with a return address.
If the item returned to us is damaged or broken in transit we are unable to process a refund for you. Upon receiving the item we will aim to refund you within 7 working days.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return postage or process a refund for the original postage charge.
If you have any questions or need some help in returning your products please contact us. Unfortunately, once the products have been used, we are unable to make a refund unless the product is faulty.

We have 2 delivery options available at checkout:
First or Second Class with Royal Mail.
Second class free delivery is available on orders over £40.
